1. Services
SHOTZBYLZ provides photography and media services, including but not limited to sports photography, event photography, individual sessions, and digital photographs. Specific services, pricing, deliverables, and scheduling may vary depending on the package or service selected.
2. Payments
Payment is required according to the terms provided at the time of purchase or booking. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
3. No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by SHOTZBYLZ. If an issue occurs with your order or service, please contact SHOTZBYLZ so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
4. Photography & Delivery
Photography services are subject to factors outside of SHOTZBYLZ’s control, including weather, venue restrictions, scheduling changes, lighting, equipment issues, and other unforeseen circumstances. While every reasonable effort will be made to provide high-quality images and deliver them as promised, specific photographs or moments cannot be guaranteed.
5. Image Ownership & Usage
All photographs created by SHOTZBYLZ remain the intellectual property of SHOTZBYLZ unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Purchasing photographs or photography services does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to the customer.
Customers may use purchased digital photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a separate commercial-use agreement has been made. Images may not be resold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from SHOTZBYLZ.
6. Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, SHOTZBYLZ may use photographs created during a session or event for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes. If you do not want an image used for promotional purposes, please contact SHOTZBYLZ before the photography service takes place.
7. Website Content
All content on this website, including photographs, logos, graphics, text, and branding, belongs to SHOTZBYLZ or is used with permission. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.
8. Cancellations & Scheduling
Customers are responsible for communicating scheduling changes or cancellations as soon as possible. SHOTZBYLZ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services when circumstances outside of its reasonable control make the scheduled service impractical or impossible.
9. Limitation of Liability
SHOTZBYLZ will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable photography services but cannot guarantee that every desired photograph or moment will be captured. SHOTZBYLZ is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect the performance or delivery of services.
